The full birth doula package includes:
- One prenatal visit to become comfortable with one another, discuss your desires for your birth, helpful techniques for labor and delivery.
- A second prenatal visit to become more comfortable with one another, discuss breastfeeding and newborn care, and any other questions/concerns you have.
- Assistance creating your birth plan.
- Assistance creating your postpartum plan including all considerations and tasks that need to be accomplished.
- Unlimited prenatal support via telephone or e-mail.
- Continuous support during your labor and delivery.
- One postpartum visit to celebrate your baby, discuss how your birth went, answer questions about your birth, discuss newborn care, and help with breastfeeding.
- Unlimited postpartum support via telephone and/or e-mail for the first six weeks
Details
Fee is typically broken into three payments of $300.00. The first upon selecting me as your doula and the the other two payments of $300.00 collected at our prenatal appointments with all payments due by 38 weeks. Payment can be made by cash, check or using credit cards via Paypal.
